Starting September 11, 2017 at 9:15AM, I am offering Community Yoga classes of Gentle Vinyasa Flow to anyone who wants to join me.
The studio is UPSTAIRS IN THE BARN at the end of 252nd Street in Spanaway.
Heading South, 252nd Street is on the right-- off HWY 7 --on the way to Mt. Rainier. You will pass a Fred Meyer's and it's about two miles down the road from there.
Bring yoga mat, water bottle and any props. The room will be warm, NOT HOT.
Wear loose clothing.
Drop-In classes are $15 or whatever you can pay.
